Dr. Soliman Farah

Position: Community Behavior Advisor

Dr. Soliman Guirgis has over two decades of experience in designing, managing and evaluating strategic communication for behavioral change, social marketing, harm reduction, service quality, 

image building, knowledge transfer and community mobilization programs for civic advocacy and democratic resilience, conflict resolution and peace building, public health, crisis communication planning and management, and social development issues in South Asia, South East Asia, the Middle East, and Eurasia regions. 

In addition to his extensive program management skills, Dr. Guirgis has successfully executed multiple public/private partnerships. Over the course of his career Dr. Guirgis has designed and implemented several initiatives with religious leaders, media professionals, civic organizations and parliamentarians. 

Dr. Guirgis developed and fielded several population based quantitative and qualitative studies and developed strong relationships with local and international partners. Dr. Guirgis is attentive and appreciative to ethnic and cultural diversification and managed multidisciplinary professional teams in different parts of the world.
